BEHIND THE MASK
A CONVERSATION ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH
It's okay not to be okay.
We all wear masks to hide what's really going on inside—anxiety we can't shake, depression that won't lift, trauma we haven't processed, or pain we can't name. Behind the Mask is a six-week series exploring what the Bible says about mental health and how Jesus meets us in our struggles. Whether you're battling mental health challenges, supporting someone who is, or simply want to understand these issues better, this series offers honest conversation, biblical truth, and professional resources. Some weeks will address sensitive topics including self-harm and suicide. Our goal is simple: to create a safe space where it's okay not to be okay, and to help you discover that Jesus wants to make you whole—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Mental Health Resources
