Full Time Position

The Student Pastor at East 91st Street Christian Church is responsible for the ministry of developing and nurturing students into Christ-centered disciples. This includes building and maintaining an effective organizational structure, training and developing volunteers, and strategically aligning the student ministry with the church’s mission. This position is also responsible for developing opportunities for all students (7th through 12th grades) to gather in small groups by creating and implementing programming, curriculum, empowering trained volunteers, and monitoring all initiatives for effectiveness.


This Student Pastor requires a BS in a ministerial role, ordination as a pastor, and up to three (3) years of experience in a progressively responsible professional level function in a similar Christian organization. Internships in a similar role will be considered as qualifying experience.

Part Time, 6 Month Position

The Worship Production Intern at E91 is part of a team responsible for the preparation and execution of all facets of the technical support necessary for carrying out worship and special programming for the church. Assignments may include work on graphics, sound or lights as needed for the event, as well as set-up and take-down of equipment. There is regular interaction with volunteers and staff in this position and the incumbent must be personable and work well with others. 

This is a part-time, six (6) month position and an opportunity to learn and participate in the “inner workings” of a large Christian Church. Housing may be provided for the successful candidate if they are not from the Indianapolis area and a stipend will be provided. Intern positions are by contract and are not benefits eligible.

This position is scheduled to begin in January 2021. Candidates must have a high-school education or GED and additional technical training in video, sound, and/or lighting production for events. We seek candidates with at least one to three years of progressively responsible technical experience in a similar environment. To apply, please click below, or email your resume to
