We believe the E91 facility can serve as a resource to the broader Indianapolis community. If your organization is interested in reserving space for a meeting, event, or gathering, please complete the form below and someone from the Facility Team will contact you to discuss availability and next steps.
E91 MINISTRY EVENTS
For E91 staff, ministry leaders, and church-sponsored events
If you're planning an event as part of E91's ministry, please use the forms below to request space and resources. Contact your Ministry Leader with any questions. Please note that completing a request form does not guarantee approval—your Ministry Leader will confirm details with you directly.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an event, complete this form so the space, resources and set-up team can be released. This will also prompt communication about an event cancellation to participants.
